Which is to say that many many many Americans can see the unpleasant truth of the expanding tyranny of the Trump/Musk administration.)

I have co-authored several books on leadership and conflict, including Making Conflict Work: Harnessing the Power of Disagreement, with Peter Coleman, which won the 2016 International Association for Conflict Management Outstanding Book Award. One of the things we say in our book is "Having less power does not mean you are powerless."
